At GetSkin, we use two proven approaches depending on location and vein size: laser vein removal with the Splendor X Nd:YAG for facial and smaller veins, and sclerotherapy for larger leg veins.

Laser treatment delivers targeted energy to the hemoglobin inside the vein, causing it to heat and collapse. The body then naturally absorbs and eliminates the collapsed vessel over 2–6 weeks. Sclerotherapy injects a solution directly into leg veins, causing them to scar and fade.

Both approaches are performed by our trained clinical practitioners with precision instruments, ensuring effective clearance with minimal risk to surrounding skin.

How It Works

1. Vein Assessment

   Vein size, location, and depth assessed to determine the ideal treatment approach — laser vs. sclerotherapy.

2. Targeted Treatment

   Laser pulses or sclerotherapy solution delivered directly to the vein — precisely targeting the vessel without affecting skin around it.

3. Vein Collapse

   The treated vessel walls seal, causing blood to reroute to healthy deeper veins. The collapsed vein is no longer visible.

4. Natural Clearance

   The body reabsorbs the sealed vein over 2–6 weeks. Multiple sessions may be needed for comprehensive clearance.
